Conveyor belt sushi restaurant

Owner is incredibly rude. I called for another order and he told me I had had enough and that he wasn't going to make me anymore food. Owner said I was inconsiderate because he wanted to relax and I kept asking him to make food. The quality is not very high either which ultimately matters most. The sunomono is cheap, the chef spends too much time flowering carrots and not enough time not knowing the difference between baby shrimp and lobster tail. The noodles are way to thick and the sweet vinegar is stale somehow. The fish is definitely not up to sushi standards, it tastes bland and freezer burnt. I ordered the salmon sashimi and the portion for the price is a bad joke sushi 9 will give you twice as much for the same price and it will actually be cut properly which it wasn't here. Gomae was okay though. The prices are way too high considering you have to be your own waiter. No tea or water is offered you have to get it yourself and the table when I walked in was still covered in dishes from the last customer. Total dive do not recommend. To the owner, if you don't want to run a sushi restaurant then don't, hire a chef and retire because you shouldn't be anywhere near the front of house.

**Best sushi in Calgary!** We have been coming to this hidden gem for a few years now! First…the service is amazing!! And second, the food is always fresh and consistent!! Too many rolls to name a favorite but great value for the price! ❤️

I had lunch at Sushi bar. The food was of excellent quality, fresh and well-prepared! Also, their service was great. :) Rainbow dragon roll is my favourite.

Wow. Had a beautiful meal at Sushi Ginza. The quality was fantastic and the salmon sashimi was so fresh and really generous in size. They were super busy on the night we went and now I understand why! On top of the delicious food, our server Alexa, was a breath of fresh air. She was so attentive, sweet and was the highlight of our visit. She made an effort to chat with our little kids and they even commented how ”lovely” she was. 10/10. We will definitely be back!

Amazing sushi, great service and everyone there was kind, didn’t wait long at all, got a free sample of sushi (unsure what the 4 were but I had 2 and they were good) I will definitely make this a regular place i visit!

It was a fun experience but get ready for a long wait( +1.5 hours)! Sushi was good. The convey belt mostly was empty but you can always order from the menu and it comes on the upper belt with a short wait. My favourite was the taiyaki ice cream! Overall, it was nice!

I have come here for dinner 3 times now and the food has been consistently good. We have ordered the bulgogi dinner set and the Roll Combo 2 and it’s delicious! Service is always fast as well.

I am fan of this for the past 2 times I’ve been. However, I went again this past weekend and ordered beef rolls. I have had these everytime I’ve went here but the this last time was surprisingly a very bad experience. The beef was extremely overcooked. The roll must’ve been cut by the chef who was rushed as the sizing of each piece was so uneven and 2 of them were double the size of the remainder. It’s being picky but like you can eat a sushi roll properly if it’s 4 inches thick.Poor compared to usual standard of this place.

Cute little sushi shop! Very friendly and welcoming. The food was good. The price was good. Recommended!

Melt in your mouth yam and avocados, was very good! I'll def come back and the ambiance inside is peaceful and amazing.
